What will you be wearing?

I think the best choice is to go long.

I spent quite a while searching for a long sleeve, floor length dress, particularly a sequin one.

You would think they were a lot more common than they really are. 

This one from Asos is of course the only affordable one I could find.

This model wears it a little awkwardly... it looks better on someone that's not over 6ft tall.

Ideally, I would have wanted this.
