Golden Globes 2011

Ah, the Golden Globes.  My boyfriend and I watched this for about an hour and a half, and then decided we had to peel ourselves off the couch, after slouching there all day long.  Ricky Gervais was ridiculously honest  funny, and I enjoyed watching all the celebs try and come up with something quick witted to counter back with.

I think I enjoy the GG's more than the Oscars. 

I don't respect them more. I think they're kind of bullshit awards. But enjoy watching them more because the celebs look like they're having more fun. Drinking. Sitting on top of each other. Drinking. Eating. Having to scoot their chairs in while Emma Stone walked past to go do a line of coke in the bathroom during a commercial break. (platinum blonde, really? predictable.)

So after all the gasps and awkward laughs from the audience in regards to Ricky's drunk comments, I'm left with enjoying most- the fashion.

My favorite, by far, was Anne Hathaway.

Everyone else was kind of a let down... Portman was a disappointment.. seeing as Rachel Zoe was able to beautifully pull off the bump.

Except. This was my favorite part of the night.

Ugh. I want to hate them. But they won't let me.
